A paid plan is a monthly licence to use Datronome, not a purchase: you don't buy or own the software. While your subscription is active, the plan's features are on. If it ends, they switch off and Datronome goes back to the free Starter plan: pipelines beyond Starter's 5 are paused (never deleted), and on a team server only the owner can sign in. Renew and everything comes back.

- Type your organization's name, tick the box and press Subscribe.
- You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see your card number.
- Your licence key appears on the confirmation page and arrives by email.
- Paste it into Datronome under Settings → Plan. Each month the licence renews itself while you're subscribed.
Support and refunds
Support is by email, answered within one business day; we don't offer phone support. You can get a full refund within 7 days of first use. After that, cancel any time: the licence stays active to the end of the paid period plus 7 days, then the paid features stop. Full policies.
