Support is by email only, and we answer within one business day. We don't offer phone support or schedule calls: one written thread keeps the exact error text and the history, which is how a small vendor answers everyone the same day. The policies explain what support covers, refunds and cancelling.

Before you write

• Most first questions are answered in the docs and the FAQ.
• If something failed, include the error text and your Datronome version (Settings shows it).
• Please don't send your company's data unless we ask for it. If you do, we use it only to help you and delete it when your question is resolved.

Subscriptions

Online subscriptions open soon. Until then, start on the free Starter plan from the download page; your pipelines carry over when you upgrade.

Reporting a security problem

Please report it privately, by email to the support address on this page, rather than in public. Tell us the Datronome version and the steps that show the problem. The security page explains how Datronome protects your data.
